Industrie De Nora’s IPO project has been presented at Officina22.

With almost one hundred years of history and as international leader of the electrodes, water sanitization and green hydrogen markets: this is how Industrie De Nora introduced itself to the main market of Borsa Italiana’s Euronext Milan.

As the first IPO on the main segment of Piazza Affari since the breakout of the war in Ukraine, the operation was an indubitable success: as a result of the global institutional investors’ demand being around 3.5 times higher than the shares available for purchase, Industrie De Nora has reached a capitalisation of around 2.7 billion euros.
